Man, things just keep getting WORSE for our crew, don’t they?

Happy Friday, kids! We once again have achieved the greatest of goals: the weekend. And with that comes a big stack of Friday RANDOMNESS!

-I’m sure any nerd worth their weight in gold knows that the Spider-Man 3 trailer premiered last night.  That’s here.  But what’s even cooler? On that SAME SITE, you can view the first six minutes of the AMAZING looking Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny.  Check it out, if just for the Meatloaf-y goodness, and the ridiculous cameo (which I won’t spoil).

-If you remember our ill-fated recommends column from this past spring, I recommended the fairly obscure japanese Nintendo DS title Osu! Takate! Ouendan!…well, to my surprise, they released an american remake-psuedo sequel Elite Beat Agents, and I couldn’t say no.  I’ve been playing the hell out of it, and while easier than Ouendan (maybe because I’ve played it so much?), it definitely holds up to it’s foreign prequel. Methinks it’s another one of those rare DS titles, so pick it up if you can.

-Have a lot of time to kill online, and want to watch a TV show?  Go to THIS fine site.  I’m happy to say it’s kept me up to date with all of the Office episodes I’ve missed this season, amongst other shows. Check it out.
