Comic #2.20 “Things Left Unsaid”

AprilProtoKG.jpgI again ask…how was your weekend?

Incase the photo to the left doesn’t indicate it, the One Year Celebration, or “Birthiversary” as it’s been dubbed by some, was an amazing success.

Marvelous Monsters went incredibly well at the Ottobar, and we cannot thank those who came enough for their support. It was truly a special moment. The show that followed at the LoFi Social Club? Words cannot describe how wonderful a time it was. A special thank you to our new friends in the Protomen, and our great friends in Karmella’s Game for making the night so special. You truly rocked the house, and it was an honor to share the evening with you.

Our April Anniversary Celebration continues on this Friday, as Nick features his art as part of The Pain of Being Dead, a zombie-based art show, once again, at the LoFi Social Club. Should be good.

As for today’s comic? Well, I don’t want to throw any spoilers out there for those who are reading this post via the RSS feed, but I trust you follow us, despite the risk we’re taking. I feel many times, creatively you can get complacent if you don’t take a risk…and this story certainly is not one we anticipated telling when the comic started. It’s all crazy from here on in, folks.

Back on Wednesday. Stay awesome.

    To all the readers and fans, family and friends, dead and undead alike.
    I just want to say thanks for all the support we’ve had in the past year. We look forward to more.
    I would also like to point out, I still haven’t seen Firehouse Dog yet. I’m sure all of you have already
    seen this film 2 or 3 times by now but there is an open invitation if anyone wants to go. Why are you laughing?

    So, anyone else see a resemblance between Nick and The Protmen’s Commander…. just putting it out there.

  3. Kevin Says:

    Don’t get me startedd on the resemblance of Nick and the Commander. If i had a picture of what Nick looked like when he was 11, he would look exactly like the commander… but even if i did have a picture, i would be killed if i showed it. and i love life, so it’s not worth it.

    Can the baby be a freak zombie baby that will eat itself out of her womb? I bet more people would be pro-choice if that would happen in real life. (;
