I can’t believe this is real. Seriously.

When 1500 plus prisoner’s of a Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Cebu City, Philippines, decide they want to do something, they do it. One of the great things about this facility in Cebu is you get to have a personal bank account during your stay, allowing you to provide for family and whatever else you may need. I guess choreography is just one of the many things to do when you’ve read all the books? Wow.
