Sweeney Todd: A Delicious Tale of Pie and Revenge
September 14th, 2007 by Ghostfreehood!Benjamin Barker a.k.a Sweeney Todd was banished from London for a crime he didn’t commit. Crossing the seas in returning, his new name Sweeney will serve him well and go down in history. Seeking revenge on those who have given him ill will, Todd opens a Barber Shop above a Bakery. Never trust a man who’s been double crossed and holding a straight razor. You might end up dead and the town’s lunch.
Man, I am glad that the theater by my house allows outside food and beverages. Come Christmas time I may need a haircut and have an urge to go to the movies with a meat pie. From watching the teaser trailer for this film, visually there are moments that remind me of From Hell. Not a bad thing though. I liked that film. I should probably get around to reading the book sometime. Christmas time sounds good. Hell, Christmas and REVENGE. Now that’s the spirit. Ha ha.
Speaking of Tim Burton. If you missed it the first time, The Nightmare Before Christmas 3-D is being re released in theaters on October 19th. I will surely be going to see that this time. For some reason I waited too long and missed the boat on that one. I hear it was awesome.

I’m super excited about this movie and was excited when you posted the trailer, getting the same reminiscent feeling of From Hell as well, until I realized these were scenes from From Hell. This is a fan-made trailer. The comments on YouTube confirm it. Guess we’re still stuck waiting for a proper trailer.

Yeah, I found that out the hard way. Sorry about that.
I was planning on posting the actual trailer when it hits.
