Remember When…
September 27th, 2007 by BrianChildren’s programming seems to have gotten progressively dumbed down. Sadly, this is showing in our culture. I can remember a while ago when programming aimed at children was slightly deeper (well, some of it). It’s lost a lot of that. As a testament to older children’s shows, I bring you this (straight from Digg):

Oh man. This is awesome.
You know, I have always been thankful because I was young and able to experience great kids shows like this. I mean, I was born in 81′ but all the reruns from the 60’s and 70’s shows were still airing. Even programming in the 80’s was graphic.
It makes me sad and disappointed the shows for children are so filtered and dumbed down these days.
