I really enjoyed this film. It started out a little slow but once it kicked in, it was brutal and awesome. The showing I went to had police outside the theater doors while the staff checked identification. I can’t tell if it was the theater’s security being re-enforced or the content of the film had to be strictly contained to a mature audience.
As I sit here to write this, I feel like 10 years have gone by since I rode my favorite roller coaster. Just so happens tonight, I was able to revisit, and ride again. I am refreshed in the world of horror films. I have a question about the ending but do to not writing spoilers, I won’t mention it. It’s very minor anyway.
The crowd I saw it with was the type of crowd that should have been loud and obnoxious. The type that really enhance or ruin the movie going experience depending on the film. They started out loud but due to the films nature, they didn’t know what to say. 30 Days left the crowd speechless. I’m not saying it was really that fucked up or anything but it’s brutal.
All the wire work was awesome. The editing was done right and the blood was right on the money. Props to the team that put this together. Job well done.

Note: Found out today there was no wire work used in the film.
