i almost just pooed myself. but i’m not sure if i like the neon-eyness…but screw it, man, it’f speed racer. back when saturday mornings had meaning…i almost hate to say it, but damn you cartoon network.

I am so there. It looks like the style might not age too well, in my opinion but we’ll see. My fear is, it might be too over the top? It’s freaking amazing though.

Not a problem Marty. Wish I’d done it myself, but I was checking my rss feeds RIGHT before going to bed and was super tired. Just wanted to post that immediately.
I’m hoping, really, that with the subject matter and the style they’ve chosen, it will have that same sort of feel and following that something like the Fifth Element has. That’s the vibe I’m getting from the trailer. We won’t know until it’s out on the screens, though.
