Footage from the Wolverine movie dropping in May of 09′ has hit Comic-Con. The Blob, Gambit(in action), Silverfox, Sabretooth and Deadpool were all confirmed in the viewing along with a young Wolvie in a kimono. Stryker was the voice over saying that he was in the begining stages of putting together a special team. Hello Weapon X or Alpha Flight.

From Frank Miller’s Japan roots, stray prickly Weapon X, and the Origins story arch, this flick seems action packed with visual stimulation. Hugh Jackman was also on hand during the screening and promises that Wolverine:Origins is bad-ass, has big action and lots of berserker rage. Be sure to look to WonderCon as it has been stated that they will be getting the premier trailer.
